伊達研究室B４の森脇、門脇です。
2025年11月16日から21日の日程でアメリカのセントルイスにて行われたSC2025の活動報告をさせていただきます。
We are Moriwaki and Kadowaki, fourth-year students from Date Laboratory.
From November 16 to 21, 2025, we attended SC2025 in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, and would like to share a brief report of our activities during the conference.

During the Event:
SC2025の参加を通して、HPC分野の発展の勢いを肌で感じることができました。
また、ワークショップのリスナーたちが積極的にスピーカーと議論を交わしているのを見て驚くとともに、ゆくゆくはあのような議論に参加していけるくらいの英語力を身につけられたらなと思いました。
SC期間中には自分達と歳の近い海外の学生が活躍する姿も見ることができ、とても刺激になりました。（森脇）
Through my participation in SC2025, I was able to truly feel the rapid progress and excitement within the HPC field.
I was also impressed to see workshop attendees actively engaging in discussions with the speakers. Watching those lively exchanges made me realize how much I want to improve my English so that I can eventually take part in discussions like that myself.
During the conference, I also saw many students from overseas who were around my age actively presenting and contributing, which was incredibly inspiring.

学会発表などを通して、他大学の学生の意欲的な姿勢を目の当たりにし、刺激を受けました。
今後は研究活動はもちろんのこと、英語でのコミュニケーションや関連知識の収集に対しても、より一層主体的に取り組まなければならないと痛感しました。（門脇）
Through the presentations and various sessions at the conference, I was inspired by the enthusiasm and determination shown by students from other universities.
This experience made me realize that I need to take an even more proactive approach—not only in my research activities, but also in improving my English communication skills and deepening my knowledge in related fields.
