Here is a summary of the activities on Day 2 and 3 of SCA2025.
We visited the exhibition, listened to the exhibitors, and experienced the introduced technologies.
I participated in the tutorial “AWS Best Practices for HPC in the Cloud – Featuring Virtual Fugaku Case Study and Hands-on Lab.”
In this tutorial, I learned how to build an HPC environment using AWS resources.
I also set up the environment on AWS and ran workloads related to computational fluid dynamics and machine learning.
I found the demo particularly interesting, where we used Virtual Fugaku to easily replicate the same environment as the Fugaku supercomputer on AWS and ran benchmarks. (By Matsumoto)
